Condominium Insurance

To request a certificate of insurance for your bank or mortgage company, please visit Sullivan Insurance Group or call (800) 649-1553, extension 3013.

Sales and Rentals

The management office does not handle the sales or rentals of individual condominium units.  Local realtors are the best source for this information.   Unit Owners must complete the "Request & Approval to Release Information for Unit Sale & Refinancing" form above for Management to provide any building or unit information to your agent(s), lending institution(s), appraiser(s), prospective buyer(s) or mortgage company.

Moves and Deliveries

Moves and deliveries must be scheduled in advance through the management office.  The loading dock and freight elevator are available Monday - Saturday between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Please see the Resident Handbook for further details on moves and deliveries.

Laundry

Hawthorne Place has laundry rooms located on the basement level of Buildings 2 & 9. To report a laundry related problem, please contact the service vendor Automatic Laundry Services.
