Whatever extra stuff you like here

 

To edit: Open page editor, go to the last page and edit that one, (page name will be Extra.aspx)

to edit the title underneath the textbox for page name is the page title.

 

This will change both the name of the link on the sidebar and the title of the page to whatever you input (please limit to an amount of characters that won't affect the side bar much.

Push the Update button.
